How you get your files, and what you can do with them.

How you receive your files

As soon as your purchase is complete, you receive an email with your download link, delivered through Fileflare. There is nothing to ship and no waiting. Your files are ready right away.

File formats

Depending on the product, your download may include one or more of these formats. Larger products are usually bundled together in a single .zip file that you unzip after downloading.

  • .aep After Effects project files
  • .ffx After Effects presets
  • .jpg / .png Image assets
  • .mp4 Video files
  • .wav Audio files
  • .pdf Guides and documentation
  • .zip Bundles containing the files above

Re-downloading your files

Your download link gives you unlimited downloads, so you can come back to your files whenever you need them.

We still recommend saving everything to your own storage, like a personal external disk, right after your first download, so you always have a copy on hand. Please keep these files to yourself and do not re-upload them to cloud or file-sharing services. See our License Terms for the full storage rules.

Lost or broken link

If your link is not working, or you cannot find the delivery email:

  • Check your spam or junk folder first.
  • Email info@alvarcreations.com with the address you used at checkout, or your order number.
  • We will send you a fresh link.

License and usage

Your purchase comes with a single-user license to use the files in your own personal and commercial projects, including client work. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the original files, include them in anything you sell to others, or claim them as your own.

EU and UK customers

Under EU and UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. These are digital products delivered immediately.

By completing your purchase and starting your download, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.

If you have not yet accessed your download, you can still request cancellation within 14 days by emailing info@alvarcreations.com. For full details, see our Refund Policy.
