📄 Refund Policy – Digital Products

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of digital goods, all purchases made through this store are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-cancellable. Once a digital file has been delivered or made accessible (e.g., via download link or email), it is considered “used” and cannot be returned.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy and understand that you are purchasing intangible, digital content that cannot be physically returned.

📦 Delivery of Digital Content

Once your payment is processed, you will receive a download link to all purchased materials via email. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout and that your internet connection is stable during download.

If you experience any issues accessing your files, please reach out to me at info@alvarcreations.com. I’m happy to help resolve access issues or accidental order problems, but refunds will not be issued for mistaken purchases, plugin incompatibilities, or buyer’s remorse.

🇪🇺 EU & UK Customers

In accordance with EU and UK consumer protection laws, digital content is exempt from the standard 14-day “cooling-off” period if:

  • The product is delivered immediately after purchase, and
  • You give explicit consent to waive the right to a refund.

By purchasing from this store, you confirm that:

  • You request immediate access to the digital product, and
  • You waive your right to withdraw from this purchase once the download begins.

This exemption applies under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
