What You CAN Do

  • Use in TikTok, Instagram Reels, and social media content
  • Use in client work and freelance projects
  • Use in paid advertisements and promotions
  • Use in film, documentary, and broadcast productions
  • Modify and customize for your projects

What You CANNOT Do

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the original files
  • Upload, store, or back up the files on any cloud storage or file-sharing service (such as MEGA, Google Drive, Dropbox, MediaFire, iCloud, OneDrive, or WeTransfer)
  • Share download links to the files on Telegram, Discord, forums, or any other platform
  • Include in any template, preset pack, or product for sale
  • Give access to team members (each user needs their own license)
  • Claim ownership or authorship of the original assets
  • Use in AI training datasets or machine learning models
  • Sub-license or transfer your license to others
  • Publicly post videos that are identical or substantially similar to videos created and published by Alvar Creations using the same project files

License Summary

When you purchase any product from AlvarCreations, you receive a single-user, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the included assets in your creative projects.

This means you own the right to use these assets forever, but you don't own the assets themselves. You're free to use them in as many of your own projects as you want, including commercial work that earns you money.

Team & Multi-User Licensing

Each license is valid for one individual user. If you're part of a team or company where multiple people need access to the assets, each person requires their own license.

Storage and Redistribution Restrictions

You may store the purchased files only on personal devices and personal storage that you alone control. By purchasing and downloading these files, you agree to the following conditions.

Prohibited storage. You may not upload, mirror, back up, or otherwise store the files (in whole or in part) on any cloud storage service, file-sharing service, or third-party server, including but not limited to MEGA, Google Drive, Dropbox, MediaFire, OneDrive, iCloud, WeTransfer, or any similar service, where the files could be accessed by anyone other than yourself.

Prohibited sharing. You may not share, distribute, link to, or otherwise make the files available to any person who has not purchased a valid licence directly from Alvar Creations, via any platform including but not limited to Telegram, Discord, forums, social media, torrent networks, file-sharing communities, or pirate websites. You may not circumvent or attempt to circumvent these restrictions, or assist any third party in doing so.

Consequences of violation. Any violation of this section constitutes a material breach of this licence agreement and results in (a) immediate and permanent revocation of your licence to all Alvar Creations products without refund, (b) formal DMCA takedown action against the distribution source, and (c) potential civil legal action for damages, including lost revenue and legal costs.

Project File Usage, Creative Use Policy

The project files included in our packs (including After Effects project files, templates, and associated media assets) are licensed for personal and commercial creative use only. By purchasing and downloading these files, you agree to the following conditions.

Permitted use. You may use the included effects, presets, adjustment layers, animations, text elements, colour grades, and other creative components as building blocks in your own original video projects.

Prohibited use. You may not: (a) export, re-render, or otherwise produce a video that is identical or substantially similar to any video created and publicly shared by Alvar Creations using the same or related project files; (b) use the included footage files together with the same or substantially the same effects, colour grades, or motion graphics in any video that you publicly post or distribute on any platform, including but not limited to YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram; or (c) re-upload or redistribute any video that reproduces the finished creative output of Alvar Creations, whether modified or unmodified.

For the avoidance of doubt, the intent of this licence is to allow you to apply the techniques, effects, and tools included in these packs to your own original creative work, not to replicate the finished videos produced by Alvar Creations.

Consequences of violation. Violation of this policy constitutes a material breach of this licence agreement. Alvar Creations reserves the right to (a) immediately revoke your licence to use any and all purchased files, and (b) issue copyright and/or DMCA takedown requests against any content found to be in violation of this policy.
