There's a new AI assistant on every page that can recommend the right pack, answer install questions, look up your orders, and way more. Customer accounts also went live, sign-in with just an email code.
The bubble in the bottom right of every page is new. Click it and you get to chat with Alvar AI, a chat assistant trained on every pack, every plugin requirement, every tutorial, and everything else that Alvar has built. If it cannot help you, it hands you off to Alvar directly through a contact form, usually replied to the same day.
What it can actually do:
Recommend the right pack based on what you edit, walk through install steps including the required plugins, explain the license, look up your past orders (after a quick email verification for privacy), and message Alvar for anything it does not know. It speaks whatever language you write in, too.
Customer accounts are also live. Click the user icon in the header (top right, next to the cart) and sign in with just an email code, no password needed. You get a full view of your past orders, downloads, addresses, and store credit. Re-downloading a pack is now self-serve, you do not need to email anyone to get a link.
